We look for connectedness — where regulation, infrastructure and demographics move the same asset at the same time, and the market is still pricing them separately. Our published work concentrates on digital assets and their regulation, wireless spectrum and its consolidation, connected health and remote patient monitoring, and real assets under a shifting rate regime.
